Rule 49
Records to be kept
: (1) The Fund shall prepare and keep the details of payment of claims to member organizations in accordance with Rule 43 in the format of Schedule-20.
(2) According to this regulation, the member organization shall prepare and keep an open record including the detailed description of the secured loan, the loan amount, the date the loan was granted, the purpose of the loan and the date of payment.
